Room Rental information
What is included in a Room Rental?
- $200 minimum for private room rental for 1 hour and 45-minutes (you can always add more time, ask us how!)
- Minimum is entirely covered by 10 kids
- Minimum room rental is designed for 10 children, but for parties with fewer than 10 children, this minimum can be made up of a combination of food, drinks, and children ($20/child)
- Up to 25 kids per single party room (If you have more than 25 children, we have a double room option for more space!)
- Unlimited play from the start of your party to the end of the day (party must move into dining room at party end time)
- Pitchers of water, the kids will play hard!
- Plates, utensils, napkins & cups
- Candles, lighters, and cake servers available should you forget
- Ability to bring a birthday cake (must be consumed in room)
- Card stock invitations (picked up in-store)
- $100 deposit required at time of booking

Building Rental information
Looking for something more private? A Building Rental may be for you!
- $600 base price for 2 hour private rental (price does not include food and beverages)
- Price covers admissions for all the kids in your event
- Have the building to yourselves
- Up to 300 guests!
- Café would be open and available for food and beverages
- Ability to bring in a cake or cake-like items (all other outside food or beverages are not allowed)
- Includes Laser Tag!
- Up to 12 kids can play at a time
- Scheduled outside of normal operating hours (typically 9am-11am or 7pm-9pm)

FAQ
What do I need to know after I book?
- Deposits are non-refundable except for special cases
- Play and access to the party room begins at the beginning of your timeslot (unlimited play for rest of day after the party is over)
- Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to their reservation
- Food orders are due the Sunday before your event
- Contact us immediately if you have more than 25 children and originally booked for less, this requires extra space.
- Extra time is available to extend your party, ask our party coordinator to see what is available
Prohibited Items
Candy, piñatas, confetti, loose glitter, smash cakes, silly string, noise makers, outside food or beverages (beyond a cake or cake-like item) are not allowed.
Failure to adhere to the terms of this rental, including vacating the room by the end of your rental will result in forfeiture of the deposit in addition to the full rental fee.
Do you provide decorations?
We do not provide decorations beyond our beautifully handpainted murals are complimented by brightly colored tables. The rooms do not need any more decorations unless you would like! We do see that balloons and table cloths look great inside. We do not allow any kind of tape on our hand-painted murals. Items may only be taped to the windows or window frames.
Is there a difference between the rooms?
All rooms are the same size and hold the same amount of people. The Elk Room and the Rainbow Room can be combined to make a single room for larger parties.
Does the birthday child count in the headcount?
Yes, the birthday child does count in the headcount.
Do adults count in the headcount?
No, adults are always free!
Can I bring in other food besides cake?
Unfortunately, a cake or cake like item are the only items allowed to be brought in. If you would like something special for your room or have dietary restrictions, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate!
How do you charge siblings that attend?
Our general rule of thumb is that if a child participates both in the structure and in the party room, then they are counted in the final headcount for the party. If the sibling is playing in the structure but does not participate, then the parent is welcome to pay separate from the party. Babies in arms are not charged!
We have more than 25 children, can we still have a party?
Of course! Please reach out to our party coordinator and they will make sure that you can get the right time with the double room! They can be reached at party@playdatebli.org!
